Billing & Account Management
What should I know about managing plans and credits?
- Plan Changes: You can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time, but downgrading from Pro to Basic is not permitted.
- Credit Changes: You may upgrade to a higher credit tier within your current plan but cannot downgrade to a lower credit tier.

What happens when I change plans?
- For monthly subscriptions, when you select a higher plan or credit tier, the new plan’s cost is charged immediately, and the additional credits are added to your account right away.
- For annual subscriptions, the subscription fee for the new plan is prorated based on the cost of your existing plan. When upgrading an annual plan, additional charges may apply, and proportional credits will be applied to your account.
- When upgrading from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription, the cost of the new annual plan is charged immediately, and additional credits are added to your account right away.
How can I change my subscription plan?
You can view your current subscription status on the Account page. To change your plan, visit the pricing page to review and select a new plan and tier. The available plans and credit tiers for changes will be displayed. Changes will be applied to your account immediately.
When are credits reset?
Credits reset to the full amount specified in your plan at the start of each billing cycle. If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the new cycle begins from the date of the upgrade.
Where can I view my billing history?
Your billing history can be accessed via the “Need help with your purchase? Contact paddle.net” link in your subscription confirmation or invoice email
How do I cancel my AGI OS subscription?
- Visit (https://subscription.agios.live) and log in.
- Click “Update Your Payment Method” on the account page.
- Click “Contact Support” to get assistance with canceling your subscription.
To avoid being charged for the next period, please request cancellation at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Please refer to the Refund and Cancellation Policy in the Terms of Service.
Why can’t I change the email address associated with my account?
For security reasons, the email address used to create your account cannot be changed once registered. This policy helps safeguard your account from unauthorized changes and ensures that all communications and recovery options remain secure.
