When you post reviews about us, AGI OS Software, or any of AGI OS’s social media pages or channels, you agree not to submit reviews that are not based on your personal experience or are designed for purposes other than providing other users with an accurate description of your personal experience. Reviews based on secondhand, non-personal experiences are not permitted. In addition to the other restrictions outlined in these Content Standards, reviews posted on our website, AGI OS Software, or any of AGI OS’s social media pages or channels must not:

• Be plagiarized.
• Contain spam or advertisements.
• Contain personally identifying information about any AGI OS user or account holder.

Fees and Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions
  • Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”), either monthly or annually, depending on the subscription plan you select.
  • At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you request a cancellation from us or we cancel it. You can cancel your subscription renewal by contacting the AGI OS customer support team. For information on subscription cancellation, please refer to the ‘Refund and Cancellation Policy’ section.
  • A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required for Subscription payments. You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and payment details. By submitting this information, you authorize us to charge all Subscription fees to the provided payment method.
• Fee Changes
  • We may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. Continuing to use our Service after the fee change constitutes your agreement to the new fees.
• Payment Authorization
  • By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your account for all due fees without further notice. You must keep your billing information up-to-date.
• Subscription Management
  • You are responsible for paying the Subscription Fee at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period at the current rate unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription renewal by contacting the AGI OS customer support team. No refunds will be issued after cancellation, but you may continue to use our service until the end of the current term.
• Country-Specific Taxes
  • For AGI OS customers, taxes such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), and other charges may be applied to your AGI OS account depending on your region.
  • Please Note: We cannot provide advice on tax matters. For any tax-related questions, please consult a tax professional.
• Third-Party Taxes
  • You agree to bear the costs and taxes associated with your account usage, whether by yourself or third parties.
• Third-Party Payment Services
  • We use Paddle.com Market Ltd. for payment processing. By using our Software, you agree to Paddle’s Privacy Policy and Seller Terms and authorize the sharing of your payment information with third-party service providers as necessary for transaction completion.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• 7-Day Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • We value your satisfaction and strive to offer you the best service possible. Therefore, we provide a risk-free, 7-day refund policy for our contracts. Please take note of the following conditions:
    • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of your original contract purchase date (i.e., within 7 days after signing the first paid service contract).Please note that refunds are only valid for the current subscription rate on your account.
    • Refunds are not available for charges incurred more than 7 days from the initial paid service contract or within the preceding month.
    • No refunds will be available for the Software that are beyond the 7 day period in the absence of substantial evidence that a technical glitch in the system has occurred.
    • Credits or paid services provided free of charge through events or rewards are not eligible for a refund.
    • No partial refunds will be issued at any time for annual subscriptions. You are not eligible for refunds on partially used services or for cancellations that occur mid-term.
    • Subscription cancellations for accounts that do not meet the refund requirements are set to be canceled at the end of the billing cycle.
    • Refunds are not automatic. If you decide to cancel your account, please contact us within 7 days to request a refund. The refund will take effect from the moment the request reaches the company.
    • The Company reserves the right, at all times, to review, cancel, and reverse any transaction in cases of fraud, charge-backs of any transaction fees paid by credit card or other accepted payment methods, or errors or mistakes made by the Company.

    • The outputs generated by AGI OS may be inaccurate or unreliable.

    • We disclaim any liability arising from your use of AI technology or User Content.
• Acceptance of Experimental AI Output Conditions
  • By using AGI OS, you accept that:
    • Experimental AI technology might produce incorrect, unreliable, or offensive outputs that do not reflect the views of AGI OS.
    • Outputs related to medical, legal, financial, or other professional fields are informational and should not replace professional advice.
    • Outputs generated may not be unique, and similar outputs might be produced by other users using the same AI technology.

• Acknowledgment of Beta Phase
  • AGI OS is currently in its beta development phase and is not warranted as a finished product. By using the beta version, you acknowledge and agree that unforeseen behaviors or limitations may occur during its use.
  • As the product continues to evolve, AGI OS may contain bugs that could disrupt normal system operations or cause data loss. You acknowledge that you are responsible for backing up your data and ensuring that you have sufficient resources to restore any lost data and reinstall your operating system if necessary.
  • You agree that you should regularly back up your data to mitigate potential issues and confirm that you have the means to recover data and reinstall your operating system as needed. You accept that AGI OS is not liable for any data loss or system disruptions resulting from your inadequate preparation.
• Beta Features
  • From time to time, we may offer new “beta” features or tools for experimental purposes, without any warranty of any kind. You acknowledge that the provisions of this disclaimer apply fully to such beta features or tools:
    • AGI OS beta features or tools may be modified or discontinued at our sole discretion.
    • AGI OS beta versions are developmental and may contain bugs that could potentially cause system disruptions or data loss. Prior to installation, you agree to back up your data and confirm that you have the means to restore any lost data and reinstall your operating system if necessary.
    • We are not liable for any damage to your system, data loss, or any disruptions caused by using beta versions of AGI OS under normal circumstances.
    • We reserve the right to modify or delete any data within the beta environment at any time for any reason without liability.

These services are provided by the Company on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services, their content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.

Intellectual Property Rights

AGI OS is a proprietary product of its provider, CHINGU AI PTE. LTD., and all intellectual property rights associated with the service are owned by the provider. This includes any software, algorithms, and other technology used to develop and operate AGI OS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AGI OS solely for your personal or commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of AGI OS without prior written permission from the provider. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble AGI OS, nor use any automated means to access or use the service. Any content generated by AGI OS remains the property of the user, but you grant the provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of improving AGI OS or promoting the service.

AGI OS is protected by copyright laws, and its ownership belongs to its creators. You are not allowed to reproduce, modify, or distribute AGI OS without express permission from the creators or authorized personnel.

Limitation Of Liability

Termination
